+## Difficulties having quorum for TSC meetings
+
+It has been difficult to reach a quorum for our TSC meetings in the last few
+weeks/months. The quorum limit is currently set to a minimum of 5 members which
+has been defined by the size of our TSC team. By reducing the TSC team we would
+like to reduce the quorum limit to 4.
+
+Timo Teräs has agreed to step down as he has been unable to participate in
+recent months.
+
+## Problems with ARM infrastructure at Ungleich
+
+Our ARM network infrastructure has been unstable in the recent months. We would
+like to have a meeting with Ungleich on how to solve this to prevent future
+release issues.
+
+Carlo will contact Ungleigh to setup a meeting.
